This protects clients from fraud and ensures professionals get paid for their work. Everything else on the platform—creating accounts, listing services, sending proposals, chatting, and showcasing portfolios—is 100% free!
Q: How is this different from other platforms?
A: Most freelance platforms charge 5-20% fees! We charge only 1% (minimum ₹10 or $1) for both clients and professionals. For example, on a ₹10,000 project, you only pay ₹100 each side (total ₹200). On other platforms, this could be ₹1,000-₹2,000! Plus, we're actively working to reduce payment gateway charges from 3% in the near future.
Q: When exactly is the fee charged?
A: For clients: The 1% fee is charged only when you fund a milestone (add money to secure the project). For professionals: The 1% fee is automatically deducted when the client releases the milestone payment to you. No fees for browsing, chatting, or sending proposals!
Q: What about payment gateway charges?
A: When you add money to your wallet via Razorpay or PayPal, they charge approximately 3% (this is their standard fee, not ours). We don't make any profit from this. Good news: We're actively negotiating with payment partners to reduce this charge soon, so you'll pay even less!

Q: What if I have a dispute?
A: We have a fair dispute resolution system. There's a small entry fee (₹10 for India, $1 for international) to initiate a dispute, which is charged only to the losing party after resolution. This prevents false disputes. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and makes a fair decision. The winning party pays nothing!
Q: Are withdrawals free?
A: Yes! Withdrawing your earnings to your bank account or UPI is completely FREE. No charges, no limits (minimum withdrawal: ₹100). Your money, your wallet, your choice—anytime you want to withdraw, there's zero fee from our side!
